At SoulVain, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our terms & conditions should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. How You Do It
Kindly ensure that the correct item(s) in the correct colours/ sizes have been selected before proceeding to check out your shopping card. SoulVain will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and no exchanges are allowed for wrongly selected colours/sizes.
Once payment have been verified, orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days.
Please ensure that all required information have been correctly stated to prevent unnecessary delays.
Measurements stated may vary 0.5"-1".
Colours shown may have slight variances. As much as possible, we try to ensure that colours are true to life.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order(s).
How We Do It
SINGPOST STANDARD MAIL - NON-TRACKABLE
Standard mail is charged at a standard fee of $1.50 (Free for orders above $50).
Delivery period for standard mails are estimated to take 3-7 working days, excluding processing and dispatching.
SoulVain is NOT responsible for any lost mails under any circumstances. As such, Registered Mailing is advised.
REGISTERED MAIL - TRACKABLE (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
Registered mail is charged at a standard fee of $3.50 (Free for orders above $80).
Delivery period for registered mails are estimated to take 1-3 working days, excluding processing and dispatching.
Registered mail can be tracked at https://www.singpost.com/track-items.
Please wait for confirmation email before collecting your order.
Your order number will be needed for collection.
If you have any special request, kindly write in to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchange & Returns
The Small Print
Size exchange is only allowed for regular priced items, unless otherwise stated.
Kindly drop us an email at email@example.com within 7 working days of receiving the item(s), specifying the order number and sizing you wish to exchange for. Exchange is subjected to stock availability.
Exchange have to be done via registered mailing (with tracking number). Postage to and fro will be borne by the customer. SoulVain is NOT responsible for any missing parcels.
All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, to be eligible for return.
Returns are strictly not allowed, unless defective or incorrect items.
Defective/ Wrong Items
We sincerely apologise for the defective/ incorrect item sent. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days of receiving the item(s), including a detailed photo of the defect along with your order number.
Kindly mail the item back via registered mailing (with tracking number) in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. Postage incurred will be reimbursed by us.
The replacement piece will be exchanged with you, any postage costs incurred will be borne by us.
Defects will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
* Difference in measurement by 0.5"-1" is NOT eligible for returns.
* Difference in colour due to discrepancies arising from individual computer resolutions are NOT eligible for returns.
